Business Account Terms
Safeera. Effective . Version 1.0.
These Terms govern an organization’s Safeera account when accepted by its authorized representative. The parties are the identified organization (“Customer”) and Safeera. An account enables authorized functions; it is not an equipment order, loan, capacity guarantee or grant of ownership.
1. Authority and account information
Customer must provide its correct legal name, business contact information and authorized representatives, and keep material details current. Safeera may request proportionate identity, authority, ownership, end-use and payment information where needed to administer a lawful relationship. An account will not be provisioned for a transaction that cannot lawfully proceed.
The person accepting these Terms confirms authority to bind Customer. Additional obligations, purchases or guarantees require the approvals specified in the applicable agreement. A technical user is not automatically authorized to borrow money, acquire equipment, change payout details or sign a commercial commitment.
2. Roles and access
Customer appoints and manages its administrators and users. Permissions must distinguish viewing records, submitting workloads, managing units, approving spending, controlling robotics and receiving or changing payments. Customer is responsible for instructions within authority it grants; Safeera remains responsible for its own security and contractual duties.
Each human user and agent must use an identifiable account or credential authorized for its role. Do not share credentials, evade an approval, or use another organization’s account. Revoke access when a user leaves or an integration is no longer needed. Report suspected compromise promptly to security@safeera.ai and preserve relevant records without exposing private data.
3. Orders, charges and spending
Only an accepted order or authorized usage under a disclosed rate schedule creates a paid obligation. The applicable document states the customer, service, billing unit, price, taxes, term and any renewal. An administrative role does not authorize undisclosed upgrades, recurring charges or unlimited agent spending.
Customer must establish appropriate budgets and approval limits before allowing automated purchasing. Safeera may enforce technical or contractual limits to protect systems and prevent unauthorized charges. Price changes do not retroactively affect completed usage or a fixed commitment. A quoted equipment price, marketplace estimate or dashboard illustration is not a financing offer.
4. Payment recipients and account changes
Customer must designate a lawful recipient entitled to receive marketplace payments. Changes to bank details, ownership or payout authority may require additional verification. A change request from a compromised account is not authority to redirect funds. Any verification hold must be limited to its lawful purpose; undisputed funds must be released when the basis for a hold ends.
A lender or equipment owner receives only the information and rights authorized by the applicable agreement or law. Safeera will not infer permission to disclose customer prompts, models or household data from a lender’s financial interest. No account setting alone grants Safeera a security interest or authorizes netting unrelated liabilities.
5. Organization data
Customer determines which users may access its organization records. Administrative visibility may include usage, invoices, unit status and access history, as appropriate to the role. It does not automatically include another tenant’s data or a private user’s content. Safeera’s Privacy Policy and applicable data processing terms govern information handling within their scope.
Customer must give its users the notices and permissions required for lawful administration. Safeera may access information only as authorized by its agreements and applicable law. An account closure does not immediately erase tax, billing, security or other records lawfully required to be retained.
6. Suspension and closure
Safeera may restrict an affected credential or function for a credible security threat, unlawful use, material breach or nonpayment of an undisputed amount under the applicable agreement. Where feasible, Safeera will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Urgent action must be limited to the risk and reviewed for restoration.
Suspension does not authorize unsafe power interruption, defeat local safety controls, eliminate an earned payout or cancel a refund obligation. The applicable service agreement governs ongoing jobs, fixed commitments, lawful data retrieval and charges. Customer may request account closure at hello@safeera.ai after arranging any required service transition; closure does not silently terminate a separate equipment or financing agreement.
7. General terms
Transaction-specific agreements control commercial obligations; data processing terms control their subject matter. These Terms do not reduce those commitments. Material amendments require notice and acceptance where required and do not retrospectively alter accrued rights.
California law governs, subject to mandatory law. Dispute provisions expressly accepted for the relevant transaction apply; otherwise either party may use a court with jurisdiction. No personal guarantee is created by an administrator’s acceptance on Customer’s behalf. Legal notices may be sent to legal@safeera.ai or Safeera, Attention: Legal, 101 Jefferson Dr., Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States.
