Website Terms and Conditions
Safeera. Effective . Version 1.0.
These Terms govern safeera.ai and Safeera’s public information, contact and merchandise pages. The operator is Safeera, a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 101 Jefferson Dr., Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. “You” means the user and, where applicable, the organization the user is authorized to represent.
1. Scope and acceptance
You must be at least 18 and able to contract to place an order or create an account. These Terms apply when you affirmatively accept them or otherwise form an agreement under applicable law. Simply publishing these Terms does not replace an acceptance required by law. The Privacy Policy explains information handling.
An equipment reservation, acquisition, installation, financing arrangement, compute service or software license is governed by the separate terms supplied and accepted for that transaction. Those terms control their subject matter. Registration of interest is not a reservation, payment, equipment allocation or promise of financing. Public pages do not by themselves create an equipment order.
2. Product information and calculations
Product availability and configuration vary by model, location and accepted order. Announced or planned capabilities are identified as such and do not establish availability. Final specifications and site requirements are confirmed in the transaction documents. Installation requires qualified professionals and required approvals.
Illustrations, calculators and public-price comparisons are explanatory. Gross compute value is not net income or a host payout. Actual results depend on contracted rates, sold utilization, availability, power, marketplace fees, financing, service and other costs. A solar array’s rated output is not continuous energy production. Demonstration results do not establish another unit’s peak electrical requirements or acoustic performance.
Nothing here changes an express accepted warranty or capacity commitment or excuses a misleading representation. The website does not provide individualized engineering, legal, financial or medical advice. A described healthcare use does not by itself establish medical-device authorization or permission to process protected health information.
3. Merchandise orders
This section applies to apparel, accessories and other merchandise sold through the Merch pages, not Intelligence Units. The accepted order identifies the items, sizes, quantity, total price, taxes, shipping, delivery destination and dispatch estimate. An order is accepted when Safeera issues its order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an unshipped order for unavailability, a material pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to deliver lawfully, with a full refund. A corrected price requires your acceptance.
Amounts are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Only payment methods offered at checkout are accepted. Where an invoice is used, payment is due as stated on that invoice before dispatch. International duties or import charges payable by the recipient will be disclosed where applicable. We will comply with applicable shipment, delay-consent and refund rules; an estimate does not remove those obligations. Title passes on full payment and risk of loss on delivery to the specified address, subject to mandatory law.
You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@safeera.ai with the order number for instructions. We refund the item price; you pay ordinary return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. For a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund, including applicable shipping, and cover necessary return shipping. Please report visible damage promptly; a 14-day reporting request is not a limit on statutory or latent-defect rights. We initiate an accepted refund within seven business days of receiving the returned item or agreeing that no return is required, or sooner where law requires.
Any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off period, including applicable EEA or UK consumer rights, prevails. A made-to-order description alone does not remove a statutory right; any lawful exception for a genuinely personalized item must be disclosed before purchase.
4. Accounts and communications
Provide accurate details, protect credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to security@safeera.ai. A business administrator must have appropriate authority. Users are responsible for activity they authorize, without assuming liability that law places on Safeera or a payment provider. We may restrict access proportionately to address misuse or a security threat, subject to accepted agreements and mandatory rights.
Do not submit patient records, passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers or other sensitive information through general contact forms. A healthcare or other regulated deployment requires the applicable service and data agreements before such information is provided.
5. Permitted use
You may browse, download and print public materials for personal use or your organization’s internal evaluation, retaining attribution and legal notices. You may share unmodified public legal documents for transaction, compliance or professional review. Search engines may index public pages in accordance with published technical instructions.
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement, malicious code, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, bypassing access controls or interfering with services. Do not harvest personal information or conduct testing against systems you are not authorized to test. Restrictions do not remove rights granted by law, an open-source license or a written security authorization. Lawful competition and independent research are not prohibited merely because they concern Safeera.
6. Intellectual property and submissions
Safeera and its licensors retain rights in their respective software, designs, text, imagery, marks and other materials. No patent license or right to use a mark is implied. Third-party technology names identify their owners’ products and do not imply endorsement of Safeera. Customer data and independently created customer work remain subject to the rights of their owners.
You grant only the rights reasonably necessary to receive, store and use information you submit to respond to your request and provide the requested service. We do not acquire ownership of your confidential information. Voluntary non-confidential product suggestions may be used without payment; this permission does not extend to your workload content, private files or third-party rights you cannot license. Specific confidentiality agreements control.
7. Third parties and automated tools
Linked sites, external payment services and separately contracted providers have their own terms. We remain responsible for our own obligations and cannot disclaim them merely by using a contractor. Verify consequential information generated by any calculator, assistant or automated tool. Do not allow a website output to authorize a physical action, financial commitment or clinical decision without the required review.
8. Availability and liability
Public informational content and free website tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties relating solely to the free website are disclaimed. This does not disclaim an equipment warranty, merchandise rights, a paid service commitment or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For claims arising solely from the free website, and to the extent lawful, Safeera’s aggregate monetary liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount paid for website access in the preceding 12 months; incidental, special and consequential damages are excluded. These limits do not cover fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, required refunds, confidentiality or privacy duties that cannot lawfully be limited, or any non-waivable liability. Separate agreements govern liability for paid products and services.
9. Changes and discontinuation
We may update public information and these Terms prospectively. Material contractual changes will be notified and require acceptance where applicable. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order, accrued claim, reservation refund, dispute clause or paid commitment. We may discontinue a free feature, but will honor outstanding contractual, safety, data and refund duties.
10. Disputes and general provisions
Contact legal@safeera.ai to seek resolution of a concern. California law governs, subject to federal law and mandatory protections of your place of residence. Unless a separately accepted agreement provides otherwise, disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction; consumers retain any mandatory right to use local courts. This version does not create a new arbitration or class-action waiver, and does not retrospectively amend an earlier accepted dispute agreement.
These Terms and an accepted merchandise order form the agreement for their stated scope. Invalid provisions are severed only as necessary. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Neither party may use a transfer to avoid an existing obligation. No provision excuses fraud or limits a non-waivable consumer right.
