Subscription Terms
Safeera. Effective . Version 1.0.
These Terms apply to an optional Safeera software, support or service subscription when affirmatively accepted with its plan summary. The provider is Safeera. They do not create a hardware lease, loan, insurance policy or capacity-purchase commitment. A separately regulated service contract requires its own applicable terms before sale.
1. Plan summary
Before enrollment, the plan summary states the covered service or Unit, benefits, exclusions, start date, term, price, taxes, billing frequency, any minimum commitment, trial or introductory price, first paid charge, renewal terms and cancellation method. No plan is sold under these Terms without that information. A hardware warranty or service-level promise exists only to the extent expressly included or required by law.
2. Consent and billing
Recurring billing requires your express consent separate from an unrelated purchase or marketing permission. A preselected box, reservation or stored payment method does not authorize a subscription. Safeera will send a confirmation containing the accepted terms and cancellation instructions in a form you can retain.
Charges occur only at the disclosed price and frequency. Any trial conversion or automatic renewal must have been clearly disclosed and accepted. If no automatic renewal is accepted, the plan ends at the stated term. Usage fees, excess charges, deductibles and benefit limits must be disclosed before they apply; there is no silent upgrade to a more expensive tier.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal through the online cancellation method supplied for an online enrollment or by emailing hello@safeera.ai with the subject “Cancel subscription” and information sufficient to identify the plan. You are not required to call, explain a reason or listen to a retention offer. Loss of account access does not prevent cancellation. We will acknowledge a completed cancellation and identify the service end date.
Unless the accepted plan or law provides an earlier end, cancellation of renewal leaves access available through the paid period and stops the next recurring charge. It does not accelerate undisclosed charges. Cancellation of a fixed-term commitment follows its specifically disclosed terms and mandatory rights. A request received before a renewal charge is processed must be handled without imposing an unnecessary advance-notice barrier.
4. Refunds
Refund rights stated in the plan or required by law remain available. There is no automatic full-period refund merely for canceling renewal after using a paid period, unless the plan or law provides one. Duplicate, unauthorized or erroneous charges will be corrected. If Safeera terminates a paid plan without your breach or cannot provide its material benefits, it will refund the unused affected portion unless you accept a suitable alternative.
Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days, or sooner where law requires, to the original payment method where practicable. A payment-provider delay does not excuse a statutory deadline. Mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal and service-contract cancellation rights prevail over any less favorable general term.
5. Renewals and price changes
Safeera will provide renewal, trial-ending and price-change notices required by applicable law, including required annual reminders. A material price or benefit change will be communicated before it applies, with the effective date and cancellation route. An accepted fixed price will not be changed during its committed term without agreement. New consent will be obtained where required.
Cancellation must remain at least as accessible as applicable law requires for the enrollment method. Declining a change will not forfeit existing prepaid service or a legally required refund. Safeera will not rely on a general website update to create a new recurring obligation.
6. Safety, data and other agreements
Ending a subscription does not change equipment title, erase an existing product warranty or recall remedy, or authorize unsafe disabling of local protections. The applicable software agreement governs functions that end with the license and any surviving rights. Data retrieval and deletion follow the service and data agreements.
The plan summary controls its specific commercial details; mandatory rights prevail. Material amendments apply prospectively with required acceptance. The underlying accepted agreement’s law and dispute terms apply; otherwise California law governs subject to mandatory law and either party may use a court with jurisdiction.
