Intellectual Property Notice
Safeera. Effective . Version 1.0.
Safeera is the company’s name and the name of its products. This notice explains rights in Safeera materials and the distinction between company technology, licensed components and customer work. It does not replace a specific license or accepted agreement.
1. Safeera materials
Safeera and its licensors retain their respective rights in software, documentation, website content, graphics, films, product designs, cooling and control technology, marks and other protected materials. Public availability does not grant a general right to reproduce commercial content, manufacture a design or use proprietary source code.
You may view, download and print public materials for personal use or internal product evaluation, retaining notices. Unmodified public legal documents may be shared for transaction, compliance or professional review. Additional uses require permission unless authorized by law or an applicable license. Contact legal@safeera.ai for permission requests.
2. Names and third-party technology
Safeera names and identifying designs must not be used to imply authorization, origin or endorsement that does not exist. Third-party names, including NVIDIA and its technology names, belong to their respective owners. Describing a component, an industry deployment or a company’s public results does not imply that the company uses or endorses Safeera.
Do not claim ownership of another party’s mark or remove required attribution. Accurate references permitted by law remain permitted. This notice does not assert that every name or design is registered in every jurisdiction.
3. Customer rights
As between Safeera and the customer, the customer retains its rights in its data, prompts, files, models, weights, configurations, independently created applications and outputs, subject to third-party rights and the applicable agreement. Providing compute does not itself transfer those rights to Safeera. AI generation does not guarantee uniqueness, copyrightability or noninfringement.
Hardware title does not transfer Safeera’s proprietary software or patents. The customer receives the software rights stated in the applicable license and all rights supplied by relevant open-source licenses. An equipment lease or lender’s interest does not grant access to another user’s content.
4. Open source, models and contributors
Open-source software and model weights have their own licenses. Their attribution, source, redistribution and use conditions govern the relevant components. Safeera’s general terms do not remove rights those licenses grant. The Open Source Software Notice explains how to request release-specific materials.
Third-party and university contributions must be used within the rights obtained for them. Submitting feedback is not a transfer of confidential workloads or third-party rights. Specific contributor, confidentiality and license agreements govern their own subject matter.
5. Patents and rights concerns
No broad patent nonassertion pledge or patent license is created by this notice, a public demonstration or an interoperability discussion. Any patent license or commitment must be expressed in an authorized written instrument. This does not restrict rights supplied by a component license or applicable law.
Report a rights concern to legal@safeera.ai, identifying the protected material, affected location or product, your authority and contact information, and the basis of the concern. Postal address: Safeera, Attention: Legal, 101 Jefferson Dr., Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. We may request reasonable information to evaluate the issue while protecting confidential material.
