Consent to Electronic Transactions

This consent applies to electronic records exchanged with Safeera at 101 Jefferson Dr., Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. It is separate from permission to receive marketing and from any lender’s electronic-disclosure consent.

1. Records covered

If you choose electronic delivery, Safeera may provide the records relating to your selected Safeera transaction electronically. These include reservation confirmations; equipment and installation agreements; software, API and marketplace terms; service and subscription terms; invoices, receipts, usage statements and payout statements; warranty and safety notices; changes and other legally required communications.

Consent covers the selected transaction and its continuing administration, not unrelated products or a third party’s independent disclosures. A record that law requires in another form will be delivered in that form. You may save or print every record supplied electronically.

2. How delivery works

Records may be sent to your designated email address, provided as a downloadable PDF or web page during the transaction, or made available in your account with an email notification. We will identify the relevant document and provide a way to retain it. Posting alone will not replace an individualized notice where law or your agreement requires one.

An electronic signature or affirmative acceptance may be used when permitted by law. A preselected checkbox, mere receipt of a message or silence is not your consent to a new charge. Electronic delivery does not change cancellation periods, refund rights, required disclosures or your right to dispute a transaction.

3. Access requirements

You need an internet-connected device, a current browser capable of secure HTTPS connections, a working email account, and software that opens and displays PDF documents. You also need enough storage to retain documents or access to a printer. Assistive technology and an accessible alternative may be used.

Before consenting, open the electronic consent document and the record-access example presented with it, and confirm that you can read and save or print them. Do not select the electronic-consent option if you cannot do so. Email hello@safeera.ai for assistance or an alternative delivery method.

If our technology requirements change in a way that creates a material risk that you cannot access or retain covered records, we will tell you the revised requirements and your right to withdraw without a fee, and obtain renewed consent where required.

4. Paper copies and other delivery methods

You may request a paper copy of a covered record by emailing hello@safeera.ai or writing to Safeera at the address above. Identify the document and the address for delivery. We do not charge for a paper copy of a legally required disclosure or accepted agreement. We will disclose and obtain your agreement to any charge for an optional special delivery service before incurring it.

You may decline electronic delivery. We will identify an available paper or other lawful method before you are committed. If a particular electronic service cannot be provided without electronic records, we will explain that limitation before you enter into it. Declining electronic delivery does not forfeit reservation funds or waive statutory rights.

5. Withdrawing consent

Withdraw by emailing hello@safeera.ai with the subject “Electronic consent” or writing to Safeera at the address above. Tell us which transaction is affected and provide a mailing address for future required records. We will process the request within a reasonable period and confirm the delivery method. There is no withdrawal fee.

Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not invalidate earlier electronic records or signatures. It does not itself cancel a reservation, equipment agreement, subscription or marketplace commitment. Any cancellation is governed by its own terms. Withdrawal does not erase your access to previously accepted records; copies remain available on request, subject to lawful retention requirements.

6. Your contact information

Keep your email and mailing address current through an available account function or by contacting hello@safeera.ai. If a required electronic notice fails, we may request updated details or use another lawful delivery method. A returned email does not permit us to disregard a legal notice obligation.

7. Affirmative consent

By selecting the electronic-consent option presented with this document, you confirm that you have read it, can access and retain the documents using the method demonstrated, and consent to electronic records for the stated scope. If you act for an organization, you confirm your authority. Your acceptance record identifies the document version, transaction and date of consent. This document alone does not sign an equipment order or authorize payment.
