Postal communications may be addressed to the relevant function at the company address above. Include a reservation, order, account or unit identifier when available, but do not send passwords, private keys, patient records or unrelated sensitive information.
These channels are not emergency services. For an immediate threat to people or property, contact local emergency services and follow the product’s safe shutdown instructions where safe to do so.
3. Roles in a transaction
The accepted transaction documents identify the seller or lessor, equipment owner, customer or host, any lender or project entity, installation provider, marketplace counterparty and warranty or service provider. Those roles may differ. A host’s loan does not itself transfer title; a marketplace account does not create an equipment lien; and financing an asset does not confer access to private workloads.
An independently contracted lender, installer, utility, project company or compute buyer is responsible for its own expressly agreed obligations. Safeera does not identify an unnamed future project company as an existing counterparty or guarantor. A different entity is bound only through a contract that identifies it and is accepted by that entity.
4. Privacy and service responsibility
For website and ordinary business-contact information covered by the Safeera Privacy Policy, Safeera is the responsible company. For customer-controlled workload data, the applicable service and data processing agreements identify the controller, processor and authorized recipients. A corporate relationship alone does not grant unrestricted data access or transfer an obligation between entities.
This directory supplies contact and role information. It does not amend an accepted contract, appoint a statutory agent where separate registration is required, or waive a legally prescribed notice method. When an accepted agreement provides an additional notice route, that route remains available.
